MOD PIZZA

My work with MOD began in 2021 assisting their team with email copy for ongoing and upcoming promotions. As I continued working with them, I began to find reactive moments and trends to tap on social as well, then transitioned into writing social copy. As priorities shifted and budgets changed, I started writing Threads, assisting with community management, and making sure that the brand felt human when customer concerns arose, conversations related to pizza popped up, etc.
