GOAL OF THE WORK

As Social Media + Marketing Coordinator, i led all marketing, social, communications, and general innovation for a national org with an annual budget of $3M.

Job description:

  • Created, curated, and promoted engaging content to incite and sustain reader curiosity.
  • Managed incoming social communications + provided effective/responsive customer service.
  • Researched + developed new methods of identifying and converting potential donors.
  • Measured web traffic, monitor SEO, and oversee online engagement.
  • Managed digital presence across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and web to connect with an audience of 175,000+.
  • Developed database system for treatment program records, volunteer management, and internal project management.
  • Automated treatment program registration.

NOTES

Two fun facts that were outside of my scope of work:

  • Transitioned company email to GSuite, saving $10,000 annually.
  • Grew follower count by more than 16% over a year.
